Introducing the New SharePoint Cards App

Getting Started

The SharePoint Cards app is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. To get started, simply search “SharePoint Cards”, and then download it to your mobile device. You will then have to create a new SharePoint Cards profile, and add your SharePoint Credit Union Mastercard Debit Card and Visa Credit Card.

When creating your profile, you will need your card number and the primary card holder’s last 4 digits of social security number for verification purposes. You will also need to provide a valid email address and customized answers to the selected security questions to help keep your account secure. Once completed, you will be able to see your SharePoint cards on the main screen and begin managing your account.

Setting Up Alerts

The SharePoint Cards app allows you to set notifications and alerts, which come in real time when any purchases are made to your account. Whenever a transaction is made with a specific card, you'll receive a text message and notification on your mobile device. You can access these alerts and controls by going to the menu on the app or using the ‘Notification Settings’ within the card details.

More Convenience

The new SharePoint Cards app allows all SharePoint CU members to remotely monitor their credit and/or debit cards at any time, as long as the mobile device has internet connection (via mobile data plan or Wi-Fi). Members will also enjoy the luxury of having a 24-hour self-service. You will be able to take complete control of everything pertaining to your SharePoint account.

Keeping a Closer Eye on Everything

One of the biggest benefits of the SharePoint Cards app is the ability to clearly see and track purchases. Members will be able to easily recognize transactions with clear merchant names, and location.

Members will have the power to turn their card on or off at any time. If your card gets lost or stolen, you can quickly and easily mark it as such right in the app.
