Board of Directors
Our volunteer Board of Directors helps guide SharePoint Credit Union with a focus on what matters most, our members. Made up of individuals with diverse professional experience, the Board works behind the scenes to ensure the credit union stays strong, secure, and member focused.
What the Board Does:
- Sets the long-term vision and strategy for the credit union
- Establishes policies that support smart, responsible growth
- Oversees leadership and overall performance
- Makes decisions with members' best interests in mind
Board members are committed to making decisions that benefit the entire membership, today and in the future.
Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee adds an extra layer of confidence for our members. This independent, volunteer group focuses on accountability, accuracy, and transparency across the credit union’s operations.
What the Supervisory Committee Oversees:
- Internal controls and financial reporting
- Audits and regulatory compliance
- Policies, procesdures, and operational integrity
- Protection of members assets
By maintaining strong oversight, the Supervisory Committee helps ensure trust, accountability, and confidence for our members.
